- Use as a marinade for meats and fish by whisking together 2-3 Tbs Chermoula Spice, the juice of half a lemon, 3 Tbs olive oil, and salt to taste. If you warm the ‘marinade’ it makes for an incredible dip for flatbreads and pita!
- Use as a dry rub for meats, fish, poultry, or vegetables before roasting, grilling, smoking, or frying
- Use it in sauces, soups, stews, or braises for a flavorful kick
- Mix with ground meat for incredible burgers, meatballs, or meatloaf with a Moroccan flair
- Add a bit to your rice, couscous, or hummus for a vibrant boost of flavor
