This was a delicious addition to my coconut chicken curry! The recipe I used called for curry paste but this was perfect! Highly recommend. Would purchase (a larger size!!!) again.

I have used the garlic powder twice since receiving. It was perfect in a new recipe that I was trying. It was a perfect addition to a mix that I have concocted.The garlic powder is excellent.

I haven’t had Japanese Curry for a while because for awhile I used a paste. However, I am now wheat free. This was the spice for me because I could make the curry with wheat free flour. It is so very good! I made mine with chicken, potatoes, carrots, onions, sweet potato, and turnip! Yummy!
