Tasmanian Spice Traders' Honey BBQ Seasoning does not contain the salt that is essential to a good barbecue rub, This makes it perfect for for those requiring a limited salt intake and gives everyone the flexibility to season their meals to their own preferences. For a rub, as a general rule, use 1/2 tsp of coarse salt per pound of meat. Rub the salt on and let sit for 10 minutes before coating with your rub and then let sit for at least 20 minutes before cooking. For everything else, just add salt to taste as you normally would.

I tried this on my corn on the cob with a dash of salt and a little butter. It was SO Good!
