An all-purpose blend of premium spices that is ideal for adding impressive flavor to grilled, smoked, baked, broiled, braised, or even fried foods of all kinds. It will send your taste buds on a trip to one of Americas most beloved barbeque destinations and have you smackin' your lips, licking your fingers, and craving for more!

Tasmanian Spice Traders' proprietary KC BBQ Seasoning does not contain the salt that is essential to a good barbecue rub/seasoning, meaning that you need to add your own salt and that you get more of 'the good stuff' in each container. This also makes it perfect for for those requiring a limited salt intake and gives everyone the flexibility to season their meals to their own preferences. As a general rule, use 1/2 tsp of coarse salt per pound of meat. Rub the salt on and let sit for 10 minutes before coating with your rub/seasoning and then let sit for at least 20 minutes before cooking. For everything else, add your BBQ rub/seasoning and then salt to taste as you normally would.
