Beyond mulled wine, apple cider, and other drinks, there are many other uses for Mulling Spices including…
- Use a mortar and pestle or coffee grinder to grind into a powder and use apple crisp, holiday crumble, Christmas pudding, spice cakes, or even Christmas morning pancakes or French toast ‘batter’
- You can add these Mulling Spices to the brining liquid for turkey or chicken for the holiday feast or any time of the year
- Place 2 Tbs in a tea/spice bag and add to 2 Cups honey or maple syrup and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes before covering and refrigerating for 24 hours before discarding the spices to use to sweeten everything from coffee and tea to pancakes and waffles, or even fresh fruit, nuts, or ice cream
