Description: The Isot chile (AKA Urfa Biber) starts out green, ripens to a bright red but when fully mature turns a very deep red, almost maroon becoming sweeter with more pronounced flavors. Red Isot chiles are prized for their distinct taste which offers a delightful combination of smokiness, sweetness, and spiciness that elevates a wide range of dishes.
