Be Aware:
Our proprietary Texas BBQ Brisket Rub does not contain salt, which is an essential component of a complete barbeque rub or seasoning. By leaving out the salt, we ensure that you get more of the good stuff in each container. To achieve the perfect barbeque flavor, simply add your own salt. As a general guideline, use ½ teaspoon of coarse salt for every pound of meat or vegetables. For meats, rub the salt on all surfaces and let sit for 10 minutes before applying the BBQ rub. Allow the seasoned meat to rest for at least 20 minutes before cooking using your preferred method. For all other ingredients and dishes, simply add the BBQ rub and salt to taste as you normally would.
