from 10 reviewsNew Mexico Red Chile Powder is my favorite Chile powder. I love the flavor when I use it in various dishes.
I love it and that is why I re-ordered in a larger size.
This bundle is part of a Christmas present. I am sure he will love it!
I have only used the Cajun seasoning so far. I made the Creamy Cajun Pasta tonight! Yum! My son thinks it was good as a dish from a restaurant !
I made your Butter Chicken and the garam masala was one of the spices. It was very nice.
My order arrived promptly and in perfect condition.. I love having really fresh spices on hand! Thanks so much!
The Mexican Oregano is tasty. I use a great deal of oregano when I cook. I will order again.
I tried this on my corn on the cob with a dash of salt and a little butter. It was SO Good!
The first time I used it on a pork tenderlion, I didn't use enough salt. The second time I cooked with it, I looked up how to use this blend as a marinade in the description. There was a guideline for how much salt to use and it came out great.
This had a good flavor to it. It was nice to be able to adjust the salt amount to my liking. It was also nice to know that I was paying for actual spices vs. cheap salt or cornstarch fillers with spices. There was a little kick to it. I usually search out mild seasonings for taco/Mexican seasonings for my family, but they didn't have any issues with the little bit of heat. The different chili powders seemed well-balanced. I enjoyed looking up the different chili powders used in the blend. The typical taco seasoning I've used before just lists "chili powder" along with the corn ingredients.
